Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Saurabh Tiwari, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Nagar Palika Parishad, Awagarh, District Etah.

A personal affidavit has been filed in compliance with this Court's order dated 09.10.2023 by Mr. Swadesh Arya, Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Awagarh, District Etah. In paragraph nos. 3, 4 and 5 of the personal affidavit, it is averred:

"3. That in pursuance of the order dated 09.10.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court, the deponent vide letter No.139/N.Pan.Aa./2023-24 dated 11.10.2023 informed to the petitioner at appear on 12.10.2023 at 11.00 a.m for submitting his yogdan akhaya (joining report), so that order passed by Hon'ble Court may be complied with. The said letter dated 11.10.2023 duly received by the petitioner on same date i.e on 11.10.2023. A photo Copy of the letter dated 11.10.2023 issued by the Executive officer, Nagar Panchayat Awagarh, District - Etah is being filed herewith and marked as Annexure No.01 to thisersonal affidavit.

That in pursuance of the order dated 09.10.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court and letter No.139/N. Pan. Aa./2023- 24 dated 11.10.2023 issued by the deponent, the petitioner appeared before the office Nagar Panchat Awagrah, District - Etah on 12.10.2023 at 11.00 A.M and the Executive officer Nagar Panchayt Awagrah District - Etah accept the petitioner's joining report on 12.10.2023 and in pursuance thereof issued letter No.140/N.Pan.A/2023-24 dated 12.10.2023 to the Shri Shilendra Kumar Singh, Safai Nayak to ensure that said employee gets the work done as per requirement and copy of the same also handed over to the petitioner. A photo Copy of the letter No.140/N.Pan.A/202324 dated 12.10.2023 is being filed herewith and marked as Annexure no.2 to this personal affidavit.

That the Executive Officer Nagar Panchayat Awagrah, District - Etah further vide letter No.142/N. Pan.A/2023- 24 dated 16.10.2023 informed that petitioner submitted his joining report (Yogdan Akhaya) on 12.10.2023 and Petitioner has been put on cleaning work by Shilendra Kumar, Safai Nayak from 2.00 p.m. A photo Copy of the letter No.142/N. Pan. A/2023-24 dated 16.10.2023 is being filed herewith and marked as Annexure No.03 to this personal affidavit."

In view of the aforesaid stand, no further orders are required to be made in this petition. It is consigned to records.
