In compliance with the interim mandamus dated 22.08.2023, a short counter affidavit has been filed today in Court on behalf of respondent nos. 2 to 4 by Mr. Sanjay Kumar Om, learned Counsel. It is taken on record. Let it be numbered by the Office.
In paragraph no.5 of the said short counter affidavit, it is averred:
It may also be stated that the Arrears of Dearness Allowance has already been paid to him as back as on 22.5.2023. A letter to this effect issued by Executive Engineer, U.P. Jal Nigam (Rural) dt. 15.9.2023 is annexed herewith and is marked as Annexure-1 to this affidavit."
Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that he has received all his dues and nothing substantial remains outstandings.
In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made on this petition.
It is consigned to record.
