Mr. Ravindra Singh, learned Counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 states that the petitioner has been paid all his post-retiral benefits, including group insurance, being a sum of Rs. 19,024/- vide Cheque No. 114298 dated 30.08.2023. He has produced before the Court a communication received from his client. Let it be retained on record.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that he has, indeed, received all his post retiral benefits.
In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed on this petition. It is, accordingly, consigned to record .
