Heard Sri K.K. Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Jatin Kumar Mishra, Advocate holding brief of Sri Aditya Bhushan Singhal, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 and 3 and Mr. Sudip Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 4 and 5.
A second affidavit of compliance, has been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3.
In paragraph nos. 2 and 3 of this affidavit, it is averred:-
3. That the amount of Rs. 52,192/- towards Group Insurance has been transferred in the Bank account of the petitioner through RTGS on 22.08.2023. The list of beneficiaries of LIC fund transfer dated 22.08.2023 which also finds the name of the petitioner at Sl. No. 5 is being annexed herewith and marked as Annexure No. 1 to this affidavit."
In view of the orders passed on 04.08.2023, 22.08.2023 and that made today,
it is evident that all dues on account of post retiral benefits, that the petitioner
was deprived of, have been made good. No further orders are required to be passed in this application. It is, accordingly, disposed of

Mr. K.K. Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner states that there is no further claim surviving to be adjudicated in this matter.
Accordingly, this writ petition is consigned to record.
