On the basis of written instructions received, Mr. Girijesh Kumar Tripathi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel states that the petitioner has been granted compassionate appointment on supernumerary post as a Junior Assistant, in the pay scale of 520020200, grade pay 2000. Written instructions are retained on record and shall form part of it, which includes the appointment letter dated 06.09.2023 issued by Gorakh Nath Bhatt, the District Development Officer, Kanpur Dehat. The petitioner has been appointed as aforesaid in the Office of District Development Officer, Kanpur Dehat.
In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made in this petition. It is consigned to record.
