Sri Nagendra Bahadur Singh and Sri Mahesh Pandey, Advocates have put in appearance on behalf of corpus by filing affidavit of corpus, which is taken on record.
This habeas corpus petition has been filed on behalf of Sanjay Kumar Singh (corpus) through his wife Smt. Ankita Singh/petitioner no.1 with the allegation that corpus is illegally detained by respondent no.4.
In compliance of order dated 10.7.2023, the corpus Sanjay Kumar Singh is present before the Court.
On being queried, he states that he presently resides with his wife Smt. Ankita Singh/petitioner no.1. He further states that he is willing to reside with petitioner no.1 Smt. Ankita Singh, who is his wife. He also denied his illegal detention by respondent no.4.
Since the corpus is recovered and presently resides with petitioner no.1, the present petition on behalf of corpus has become infructuous.
The present habeas corpus petition is dismissed as infructuous.
