The instant revision has been preferred with a prayer to quash the order dated 18.8.2022 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chitrakoot, in Complaint Case No. 111 of 2022 (Chausahitya Vs. Priyanka Shukla & 4 others).
Mr. Yatharth Nath Pathak, learned counsel for the revisionist states that the present revision has become infructuous as the FIR has been lodged against the revisionist, hence, the same may be dismissed as infructuous.
Accordingly, the present revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
