Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and Sri A.D. Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondents.
The present criminal misc. writ petiton has been filed with prayer to stay the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 16.04.2012 passed by learned Sessions Judge in Criminal Case No. 57 of 2012 (Vishsram and others Vs. Harihar and others), under Section 146 Cr.P.C. and order dated 02.04.2012 learned SubDivisional Magistrate, Gola, Gorakhpur in Criminal Case No. 72/77 of 2008, under Sections 145, 146 Cr.P.C. (State Vs. Harihar 1st Set and Vishram and another 2nd Set), Police Station Gola Bazar, District Gorakhpur.
At the very outset, learned A.G.A. as well as learned counsel for the opposite parties have no objection for the same and submits that matter has already been compromised between them, therefore, they do not want to press the petition and want to withdraw it.
In view of the above, this petition is dismissed .
