Present writ petition has been filed for the following prayer:-
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no. 2 to decide the Case No. 130/11/2013 (Arising out of Computer No. T- 20131714016773), under Section 145 Cr.P.C. Inre Rajmani Vs. Smt. Savitri Devi and others is pending before the respondent no. 2 within stipulated period."
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with direction to the Up-Zila Magistrate, Tehsil Harraiya, District Basti to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months, from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to opposite parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. In case adjournment is granted, Court shall record the reason for the same.
