The present petition has been filed seeking following reliefs :-
"A. To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding respondent no. 2 and 3 to conduct free and fair investigation in first information report dated 18.02.2023 of Case Crime No. 32 of 2023, under Section 363 IPC, Police Station Chilkana, District Saharanpur and to conclude the same within reasonable period and also to arrest the respondent no. 4 and recover the minor daughter of first informant/petitioner namely Km. Heena in order to ensure the safety of life limbs of the abductee as well as of petitioner and his family member.
B. To issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
C. To award the cost of the petition to the petitioner."
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
