This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 5.1.2023 registered as Case Crime no. 8 of 2023, under Section 135 of Electricity Act (Amended) 2003, P.S. Palimukimpur, District Aligarh. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.
Learned A.G.A. has informed this Court that in the present case charge-sheet no. 74 of 2023 dated 6.4.2023 has already been submitted.
In such view of the matter, present petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
