Heard Sri Satpal, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the records.
The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned first information report dated 11.02.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 21 of 2023, under Section 363 I.P.C. Police Station- Madanpur, District Deoria and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned first information report.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has already been arrested and the writ petition has become infructuous.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
