This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 5.6.2022 registered as Case Crime no. 233 of 2022, under Section 420, 506 IPC, P.S. Civil Lines, District Meerut. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.
Learned A.G.A. has informed this Court that in the present case charge-sheet no. 63 of 2023 dated 16.4.2023 has already been submitted.
In such view of the matter, present petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
Learned counsel for the informant undertakes to inform learned counsel for the petitioner about this order in writing.
