Heard Sri Abhishek Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondents no. 3 and 4 to register the application dated 21.9.2022 against the respondents no. 5 and 6 in under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 409 IPC expeditiously.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
Present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
