(A) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned first information report dated 30.10.2022 registered in Case Crime No. 555 of 2022 under section- 307 I.P.C., Police Station-Khatauli, District-Muzaffar Nagar (Annexure No. 1).
(B) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to take any coercive action against the petitioners in connection with Case Crime No. 555 of 2022 under section 307 1.P.C., Police Station-Khatauli, District-Muzaffar Nagar.
(C) Issue any other writ order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under this circumstances of the case.
(D) To award the cost of the petition of the petitioners.
The petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
