The present petition has been preferred with the following prayer:
i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned Report dated 08.11.2022 in Case Crime No. 26 of 2022. Under Section 3 R.P. (U.P.) Act, Police Station - R.P.F. Post- Subedar Ganj, District- Allahabad/Prayagraj, lodged by respondent no. 4.
ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to 4 not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the Report dated 08.11.2022 in Case Crime No. 26 of 2022, Under Section 3 R.P. (U.P.) Act, Police Station R.P.F. Post- Subedar Ganj, District- Allahabad/Prayagraj, lodged by respondent no. 4.
iii) Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction and/or further order which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.
iv) Award the cost of this writ petition to the petitioner.
v) Any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, just and proper may also kindly be passed.
The petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
