This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 7.4.2021 in Case Crime No. 104 of 2021, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 427 IPC, Police Station Tharwai, District Prayagraj.
Sri Sushil Jaiswal, learned State Law Officer for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 276 of 2021 has been filed on 7.4.2022 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
Petitioner herein is the informant and has come forward for quashing the first information report filed by her.
We find that the present petition is misconceived particularly in view of the fact that the chargesheet has been submitted.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed.
Taking a lenient view of the matter, no cost is being imposed.
