The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant Dr. Vishnu Rai @ Vishnu Rai with the prayer to quash the impugned charge-sheet No. 311 of 2022 dated 21.10.2022 as well as cognizance order dated 05.11.2022 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/Special Magistrate, M.P./M.L.A. Court/Civil Judge (Senior Division)/F.T.C., Jhansi in Case No. 1821 of 2022 (State Vs. Amit Kumar @ Gudda and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 443 of 2022, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 332, 504, 224, 225, 511, 186, 189 & 327 of IPC and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Nawabad, District Jhansi and all consequential proceedings thereon and with further prayer to stay the further proceedings in the said case.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. be dismissed as withdrawn as he intends to file a better petition.
