The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants- Lal Miyan, Sanaz Begum @ Sahana and Jafar with the prayer to allow this application and quash the entire proceeding as well as impugned charge-sheet dated 15.02.2018 & cognizance order dated 14.11.2018 in Case No. 4895 of 2018 (State Vs. Lal Miyan and others) pending in the court of Civil Judge (Junior Divsion) / F.T.C.-I, Kaushambi arising out of Case Crime No. 381 of 2017, under Sections 498-A, 323 I.P.C. and 3/4 Police Station Saini, District Kaushambi with a further prayer that proceedings of the aforesaid case be stayed against the applicants during the pendency of the present application.
Since there is no representation from the side of the applicants to press this application u/s 482 Cr.P.C., the same is dismissed for want of prosecution.
