Heard Sri Dr. S. K. Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Raj Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the State and perused the record.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant Runa Devi with the prayer to quash the impugned N.C.R. (U/S) 155 Cr.P.C.) No. 19/2019 dated 03.04.2019 Police Station- Nichlaul, District Maharajganj, under Sections 323 & 504 IPC and with a further prayer to stay the effect and operation of the impugned N.C.R. No. 19/2019 against the applicant during the pendency of the present application.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant states that there are typing errors in the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C and, as such, the same be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a better petition.
Prayer is allowed.
The present application is dismissed as withdrawn.
Certified copies, if any, be returned as per rules.
