This petition has been filed seeking following relief:-
"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to set aside the judgment and order dated 8.2.2023 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge (Court no. 10) Aligarh in Misc. Appeal No. 45 of 2019 (Annexure No. 8 of the writ petition). "
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that certain errors have crept in this petition that cannot be addressed by filing repeated amendment applications. He, therefore, prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh making proper avements and impleading proper parties with proper affidavit within a period of one week from today.
The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
Certified copies of the documents shall be returned to the petitioner as per the rules after retaining photo copies thereof.
