This petition has been filed seeking following relief:-
"i. To issue an appropriate order or direction to call for record and direct Judge Small Causes Court, Allahabad to try and decide pending Original Suit no. 40 of 2010 Noojahat Praveen and others Vs. Salik Ram and others within the time so fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
It appears that aforesaid suit is pending in the court of Judge Small Causes Court, Allahabad. A perusal of the certified copy of the order-sheet reveals that on several occasions the case is being unnecessarily adjourned.
Under the circumstances, this case is disposed of with the following directions:
(i) The petitioners shall present a certified copy of this order before the Judge Small Causes Court, Allahabad which is considering the aforesaid Suit No. 40 of 2010.
(ii) The Judge Small Causes Court, Allahabad, thereafter, shall proceed with the suit without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
