The grievance urged in the instant petition is that the respondent-Corporation is erecting a transmission line through the agricultural land of the petitioner without his permission and also without paying adequate compensation.
Sri Gaurav Maurya holding brief of Sri Pankaj Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation submitted that the petitioner has remedy of approaching the District Magistrate under Rule 3 of the Works of Licensees Rules, 2006, which could not be disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate under Rule 3 of the Works of Licensess Rules, 2006 and in which event, he will consider and decide the claim in accordance with law.
