Grievance of the petitioner is that the claim made by her under the Mukhya Mantri Krishak Durghantna Kalyan Yojana on 16.11.2021 has not been decided till date.
Having regard to the nature of grievance, we direct the second respondent to accord consideration to the said claim by placing it before the District Level Committee expeditiously, preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a true attested copy of the instant order, along with photocopy of the claim petition.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
