The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to respondents no. 2 and 3 to amend petitioner's license book (license no. 164/1994) so as to increase the engine power capacity of the license from 10 HP to 22 HP.
Sri Tarun Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner after making brief submissions prayed for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to apply afresh for grant of saw license with engine capacity of 22 HP or such other capacity as may be advised.
The petition accordingly stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer.
