Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press prayer no. 1 & C and hence about the relief the petition is declined.
He admits that in the current election held in the year 2000, he has not been elected as Member.
According to him he was member in the election held in 2005 and was elected at serial no. 340.
Learned counsel for the State argued that the matter is of the year 2005 and is yet to be decided.
Learned counsel for the petitioner wants only disposal of his representation dated 08.11.2022, which is annexed as Annexure no. 11.
The petitioner has moved an application to the D.I.O.S. Jaunpur that the term of Administrative Management Committee would come to an end on 24th December, 2022 and there is possibility of another election. He wants disposal of the matter before the coming election scheduled to be held in the coming future. So far as the directions regarding prayer is concerned, this Court is of the view that there is no need to hear rest of the respondents. It is directed to respondent no. 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 18.11.2022, within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and shall endeavour to decide before coming election in according with law.
With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
