The prayer made in the instant writ petition is for a direction to the Consumer Forum to decide the pending complaint of the petitioner expeditiously.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that at present the quorum of the Consumer Forum is not complete and therefore, the proceedings are being adjourned. In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to issue any direction at this stage.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
