The petitioner has prayed for a mandamus directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to mutate their names on Plot No. 750, Block-W, Scheme-2, Juhi, Kanpur Nagar within a stipulated period.
It is submitted that the mutation application filed by the petitioner is pending since 3.9.2022.
Sri A.P. Paul, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3 states that the application of the petitioners will be decided within such time as may be directed by this Court.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3 to decide the application in accordance with law by means of a speaking order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a true attested copy of the instant order alongwith photocopy of the application after hearing all concerned.
