Ms.Anjali Upadhya learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent Greater NOIDA.

The petitioner herein is aggrieved by the entries in the map appended to the lease deed dated 11.4.2022, copy of which is appended at page-'51' of the paper book.

It is stated that though the total area of plot no.453/487M, 482M, 484M and 483M is 283 sq.mts of village Ibadullapur @ Badalpur, Tehsil-Dadri District Gautambudhh Nagar has been allotted to the petitioner, but in the map appended to the lease deed, the boundaries of the allotted plot has wrongly been mentioned thus deducting an area of 11 sq. mts in the total area of 283.00 sq mts.

The petitioner has approached the respondent no.3 for making correction in the map appended to the revised lease deed dated 11.4.2022. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the map appended to the lease deed, the number of plot no.484 is required to be corrected as 484M.

Noticing the above, we relegate the petitioner to approach the respondent no.3 by writing a fresh representation along with the copy of this order, giving details of his grievances within a period of two weeks from today. In case, such a representation is filed, the respondent no.3 shall be required to make the correction required in the map appended to revised lease deed dated 11.4.2022.

The entire proceedings shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the application.

The writ petition is disposed of.
