Today, the Advocates are abstaining from work, though learned Standing Counsel for State-respondent is present.

The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition with the following prayer:-

"issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 and 3 to allot the fair price shop of the Gram Panchayat Raipura, Block Narkhi, Tahsil Sadar District Firozabad to the petitioner or some another person of the Scheduled caste Community of Gram Panchayat Raipura, Block Narkhi, Tahsil Sadar, District Firozabad, So that justice may be done."

Fact in brief as contained in the writ petition are that in the Gram Panchayat Raipura, Block Narkhi, Tahsil Sadar District Firozabad a Fair Price Shop had been allotted to one Smt. Seema Upadhayay but due to some irregularities the authorization of said Fair Price shop has been cancelled by the respondent No.3/ Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar District Firozabad vide order dated 27.05.2022. Thereafter the respondent No.3 has passed order on 27.05.2022 directing the respondent no.4/Block Development Officer, Block Narkhi Firozabad to allot the said Fair Prince shop to a person belonging from General Caste Weaker Section Community.
