The petitioner has prayed for the demarcation of plot no.363 Ka, area 0.0800 hectare situate at Village- Chak Abdulla, Tehsil Handia, District Prayagraj.
If the petitioner requires the demarcation to be done under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2016, then he may move an appropriate application in consonance with the provisions of the Rule 22 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2016.
If an application is moved under the provisions of the Rule 22 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2016, within a period of 10 days, from today, same shall be decided within a period of one month thereafter.
With these observation, the writ petition is disposed of .
