Learned Standing Counsel states that the relief which was prayed in the writ petition i.e. the release of certain payments for the work done by the petitioner in the U.P. Assembly Election 2012 has already been granted. He states that the petitioner has been paid all the amounts which were due to it.
Under such circumstances, no further order is required to be passed.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of and be consigned to record.
