The petitioner has prayed for the decision of certain application which he has filed before the state-respondents.
A perusal of the application shows that the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that certain money which he had deposited with the M/s Kaipari Hospitality Service Private Limited of which the respondent no. 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 are the office bearers, is not returning the money to the petitioner.
If that is the case, it shall be open for the petitioner to take recourse of civil and criminal action before the appropriate forum.
With these observations, the petition stands dismissed .
