The prayer made in the present petition is for taking action on the representation filed by the petitioner for removal of a mobile tower installed on the roof of Mother Teresa Junior High School, Dilazak, District Shahjahanpur.
Learned counsel for the State submitted that directions have already been issued for removal of the tower.
Considering the aforesaid stand taken by learned counsel for the respondents, the prayer made in the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
