This is a jail appeal preferred by appellant Ram Adhar against the judgement and order dated 25.02.1997 passed by Sessions Judge, Sonbhadra in Sessions Trial No.98 of 1995 whereby the appellant has been convicted under Section 304 Part II IPC and sentenced to three years rigorous imprisonment.
As per the office report dated 22.07.2022, the report of C.J.M., Sonbhadra has been received stating therein that the sole appellant Ram Adhar has died. The said report has been sent after due verification.
This Court has perused the said report which states that the accused-appellant Ram Adhar has died.
In view of the above, the appeal stands abated.
