Heard Sri Rajiv Lochan Shukla and Sri Sarvesh Kumar Dubey, learned counsels for the applicant, Sri Ankit Srivastava, learned counsel for the State and perused the record.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant Sanjeev Dwivedi @ Ramu Dwivedi with the prayer to quash the impugned order dated 3.6.2021 passed by the Superintendent of Police, Deoria, whereby further investigation has been ordered in Case Crime No. 2230 of 2012, under Sections 386, 504, 506, 323 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali, District Deoria and the entire proceedings arising therefrom with the further prayer to stay the further proceedings of Case Crime No. 2230 of 2012, under Sections 386, 504, 506, 323 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali, District Deoria during the pendency of present criminal misc. application.

After arguments at length, learned counsel for the applicant states that the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C be dismissed as withdrawn as he has come to know that investigation in the matter has concluded and a report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been filed.

The prayer as prayed is allowed.

The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.
