The present criminal revision is being targeted against the judgment and order dated 30.11.2021 passed by learned Special Judge(SC/ST Act) Agra passed in Case No.821 of 2021 under section 147, 149, 323, 504, 506, 452, 419, 420, 120B IPC and 3(1)(10) of SC/ST Act, Police Station-Samshabad, DistrictAgra.
I have perused the material available on record and there is a settled principal of law against the revisionist in the case of Sakiri Vasu v. State of U.P., reported in (2008) 2 SCC 409 and the revisionist has every right to file a complaint.
The present revision is devoid of merit and accordingly, dismissed.
