The present revision has been filed against the order dated 06.01.2022 for framing the charges.
A better remedy is available to him, if the revisionist move an application under section 216 Cr.P.C., the same shall be decided by the court below, after hearing both the parties and pass a reasoned order within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With this observation the present revision is disposed of.
