This is the petition under section 227 of the Constitution of India whereby the petitioner's complaint was rejected under section 203 Cr.P.C. on 27.09.2021 and thereafter revision was preferred that too was rejected confirming the order dated 27.09.2021.
I have perused the order impugned and the reasoning adopted by the learned Magistrate and I find that there is no inconsistency. There is confirmity in the order itself which does not warrant any interference in exercise of power under section 227 of the Constitution of India.
The present petition is devoid of merit and accordingly, dismissed.
