At the very outset, learned AGA on the basis of averments contained in short counter-affidavit states that in the present matter charge-sheet has already been forwarded to the competent court, as such, the writ petition itself rendered infructuous.
Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is still aggrieved, he can invoke the remedy as per law.
