The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 10.03.2022 registered as Case Crime No.0120 of 2022 under Sections 498-A, 323, 377, 504, 506,120-B, 34 IPC, Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 3 (2) (V) of SC/ ST Act, Police Station Firozabad South, District Firozabad. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case.
Sri Ram Dhan, learned counsel for the informant states that in the present matter, charge-sheet has already been submitted to the competent court on 13.5.2022. As such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
