The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 27.12.2021 registered as Case Crime No.892 of 2021 under Sections 420, 406 and 120B IPC, Police Station Kotwali City, District Bijnor. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case.
Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly states that the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives as the final report has already been forwarded to the competent court, therefore, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
