The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 24.12.2021 registered as Case Crime No.202 of 2021 under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 376, 511, 377 354(A) 506, 313 IPC and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Dhanapur, District Chandauli. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.
Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that chargesheet dated 4.5.2022 against the husband of the informant namely Alok Yadav Alias Alok Kumar Yadav has already been forwarded to the competent court. As such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
