It transpires from the record that vide order dated 08.10.2021, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court issued notice to the opposite party No.4. As per office report dated 10.11.2021, the petitioners have not taken steps to serve notice upon opposite party No.4.
In view of above, the case is listed under Chapter 12 Rule 4 of Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952. Even today, learned Counsel for the petitioners has neither appeared before this Court to press the petition nor taken steps for service of notice upon opposite party No.4.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed under Chapter 12 Rule 4 of Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952.
