The instant application has been moved on behalf of petitioner/applicant- Om Prakash Mishra, seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 17.08.2022 passed by this Court.
From perusal of the order dated 17.08.2022, it transpires that the petitioner was allowed one month and no more time to pay balance amount of Rs.3,60,000/- to the private respondent but the same has not been paid till date, hence, we do not find any good ground to extend the time for payment of the balance amount in question.
Accordingly, the present application is dismissed.
As the interim order passed by this Court, was conditional one, hence, the writ petition is also dismissed on this ground.
