This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners, seeking a writ of certiorari to quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 23.07.2021 registered as F.I.R. No.0372 of 2021, under Sections 147, 504, 419, 420 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Ayodhya, District Ayodhya with a further prayer to not to take any action against the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R.
Learned Brief Holder, on the basis of instructions received by him, states that the investigation of the present case has been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted against petitioner no.1 before the competent Court on 02.03.2022 whereas names of petitioner nos.2 and 3 have been dropped.
In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of .
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
