It transpires from the record that vide order dated 16.3.2021, a Co-ordinate Bench of this court passed the order to issue notice to opposite party no.4. As per ofÏce report dated 5.4.2021, the petitioners have not taken steps to serve notice upon opposite party no.4.
In view of the above, the case is listed under Chapter XII Rule 4 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952.
Even today, learned counsel for the petitioners have neither appeared before this Court to press this petition nor took steps for service of notice upon opposite party no.4.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed under Chapter XII Rule 4 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952.
