This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners, seeking a writ of certiorari to quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 02.03.2019 registered as F.I.R. No.0225 of 2019, under Sections 498A, 494, 420, 504 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Gomti Nagar, District Lucknow with a further prayer to comply with the provision of Section 41-A Cr.P.C. and not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R.
Learned Brief Holder, on the basis of instructions received by him, states that the investigation of the present case has been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted before the competent Court on 15.12.2022, hence, the present petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous .
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
