This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners, seeking a writ of certiorari to quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 06.08.2021 registered as F.I.R. No.0525 of 2021, under Sections 406, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Gomti Nagar, District Lucknow with a further prayer to stay the arrest of the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R.
Learned Brief Holder, on the basis of instructions received by him, states that the investigation of the present case has been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted before the competent Court on 22.11.2021, hence, the present petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous .
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
