This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no.1 to 6 to investigate the matter fairly and arrest the culprits relating to the FIR which was registered as Case crime no.0257 of 2017 dated 23.05.2017, under Section 302 IPC, police station Gudamba, District Lucknow and with a further prayer to direct the opp. party no.1 and 2 to transfer the investigation of the said case to any other Investigating Agency like CBI, etc.
It appears that by efflux of time, the instant writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous .
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
However, it is open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application within two months from today, if the matter survives.
